(WVVA) Skies will remain mostly cloudy Friday night with a few scattered showers possible at times. There could also be some patchy fog through Saturday morning. Skies will be partly sunny on Saturday with a slight chance of a shower or two across the area. Highs will climb into the upper 60s and lower 70s by Saturday afternoon. A few more scattered showers are possible Sunday afternoon with highs in the 70s.
We’ll all see a better chance of rain on Monday as an area of low pressure approaches our area. Showers will linger into Tuesday with cooler temperatures moving in. Highs will be near 60 Tuesday and Wednesday with lows falling back into the 40s, closer to normal for this time of year. Dry weather is expected Wednesday and most of Thursday, with rain by the end of the week.
