Most of us experienced active weather night last night. We will definitely calm things down today. A few scattered showers look to stick with us into the afternoon time frame and possibly into the evening. Most of us will start to have drier air move into place as high pressure is back behind the cold front we experienced last night. This drier air will help most of us dry out in the afternoon while a few spots will still see some lingering, stray showers into the early evening. Temperatures today will be a bit cooler than yesterday because of a northwesterly flow. Temperatures will be hanging around in the middle to upper 70s with a few spots settling in the lower 80s. We continue with the breezy conditions. Expect winds coming from the northwest at around 10 to 15 mph and wind gusts reaching 25 to 30 mph.
Overnight, we will experience partly cloudy to mostly clear skies with temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s. The winds will shift to a westerly wind and calm down to around 5-10 mph. Tomorrow, bring out the shades! Our Wednesday looks to be filled with plenty of sunshine and dewpoints will be in the upper 50s so you shouldn’t feel too uncomfortable outside. We warm back up into the 80s starting tomorrow and hold onto the 80 degree temperatures for the next few days.
