Two arrested for drug transaction in presence of small children in Fayette County

Oak Hill, W.Va. (WVVA) – Two suspects were arrested Wednesday by Oak Hill Police Department after responding to a 911 call of possible illegal drug activity occurring in a public parking.

When police arrived on the scene, it was determined the suspects were engaging in a illegal drug transaction while in the presence of two small children in the back seat.

Aaron Briers, 27, and Stacey Nobles, 31, both from Oak Hill, were both arrested and charged with Child Neglect Creating the Risk of Injury and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Both are currently incarcerated at the Southern Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
