Multiple vehicles broken into, police warn to lock cars

OAK HILL, W.Va. (WVVA) - Over the past several days, the Oak Hill Police Dept. has taken several reports of vehicles being broken into and items being stolen from inside the vehicles.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office has also taken several reports in the Pea Ridge and Scarbro areas.

Of all the reports taken, all of the vehicles have been unlocked.

Citizens are reminded not to leave valuables in vehicles and to secure their vehicles, and if anyone sees any suspicious activity to please call 911.
