As an area of low pressure moves off of the Atlantic coast and off to the northeast, we'll gradually dry out overnight tonight. High pressure looks to take control into the weekend, which will help us dry out and warm quite a bit by Saturday and Sunday.
Snow showers should wrap up this evening by 6-7PM. Besides a few lingering flurries and clouds, most will dry out quickly this evening. It will get COLDER though! Temps overnight should fall into the teens, so BLACK ICE due to re-freezing snow/water will be likely tonight and into early Friday. It will be breezy at times tonight, so wind chills could dip into the single digits for some.
It will be cold tomorrow, but sunny, with temps in the 30s. Friday night looks cold and clear with lows in the teens and 20s. As high pressure shifts southeast, we'll get more of a southerly air flow into Saturday and Sunday- this will allow temps to moderate into the weekend, reaching the upper 40s and low 50s.
Our next chance of rain looks to arrive by Sunday night into Monday. Later next week, we could see another chance of snow into Wednesday night-Thursday. Stay tuned!
