Flood threat now ending; a few spotty showers/thunder still possible Wednesday

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

As of 10:00 PM Tuesday, all watches, warnings and advisories have been cancelled or have expired for the evening. We'll still see fog, clouds, and a few spotty showers overnight. Expect temps to be mild, and it will stay humid- lows will fall into the 60s.

The stalled front will still be in the vicinity through Wednesday and Thursday, keeping us a bit unsettled. However, the risk for severe weather will remain little/isolated to none, and the flood risk should also lower in the coming days. Though we do look to see pop up showers & storms Wed. & Thu., the coverage and intensity of the activity should be less than that of Tuesday's! Temps will otherwise be warm & we'll stay humid, with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s for most.

High pressure will then induce a warming and drying trend as we head toward July 4th. As of right now, we look mainly dry for most of this coming holiday weekend, but we do look to get pretty steamy! Get the full forecast tonight on WVVA NEWS AT 5 & 6 PM!
