Other than an isolated shower sneaking into the viewing area, we will finish off Sunday with great weather. The evening looks good for outdoor activities, we will be in the 60s this evening and fall into the 50s overnight. We will be a tad on the humid side, so a stray shower will remain possible Sunday night.
Monday's weather looks very similar to what we saw this weekend, although we will be a little more humid. A mix of sun and clouds throughout the day, with high temperatures pushing into the 70s by the afternoon. We could see a few isolated showers and storms throughout Monday as well.
A cold front will gradually push into the viewing area Monday night, which will allow for scattered showers and storms Monday night. Tuesday looks quite unsettled, as the cold front will cross the region throughout the day on Tuesday. This will allow for occasional showers and thunderstorms through most of Tuesday and possibly into Tuesday night.
Some storms will produce heavier downpours, which could create some flash flooding concerns, especially if storms track over the same areas over and over again. But, that threat remains on the lower side for now.
Due to the timing of showers and storms, severe weather should remain low for our area. Every storm will be capable of producing gusty winds.
