BLUEFIELD W. VA. (WVVA) - The Dollar Tree in Bluefield hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate their new location.
The new store is located in the Bluefield Plaza, the same shopping center with the post office.
Gary Price, the District Manager of Dollar Tree, said they were excited to relocate because it allowed them to open a larger store and provide more products than the previous one.
"We offer more items here," said Price. "The previous one was about 4,000 square foot here we're 9,000 square foot and we offer frozen food, grocery, party, seasonal, we just have a whole fresh line of items."
The district manager said they are excited to be open to the public after a successful soft opening two weeks ago.
