Fayette County man arrested on drug charge

FAYETTE COUNTY, W. Va. (WVVA) - A traffic stop on Sunday Road in Hico resulted in a man being arrested and multiple bags of heroin confiscated by police.

On Friday night, a Fayette County Sheriff's Office deputy stopped an ATV on Sunday Road in Hico, W. Va. for driving recklessely.

After searching the ATV, the deputy discovered multiple bags of heroin and one larger bag of heroin.

Randy Billips of Hico, W. Va. was arrested and charged with Intent to Deliver Narcotics along with some traffic offenses.

He is now awaiting his court proceedings.
