Three students, employee in Monroe County test positive for COVID-19

MONROE COUNTY, W.Va. (WVVA) - Three students at James Monroe High School and one employee at the Monroe County Technical Center have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to Monroe County Schools, the students who have tested positive have been held out of school since October 6. All students and staff believed to be exposed have been quarantined.

The Monroe County Health Department will continue conducting contract tracing. Schools have completed deep cleaning of all affected areas.
