‘Dirty Money Gang’ members indicted on murder charges

MERCER COUNTY (WVVA) -- A Mercer County Grand Jury indicts four people on murder charges in connection with a deadly robbery.

Kaleb Merritt, Andrea Fry, Deliezha Gravely and Deron Yarrell are all facing multiple charges related to the 2019 murder of Edward Duck III.

Duck was found shot to death in a vehicle in Bluewell.

In addition to the murder charge, all four also face charges of robbery in the first degree, conspiracy and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Prosecutors say the four are part of the self proclaimed 'Dirty Money Gang.'

"We've had several recent violent incidents with gunshots, attempted robberies for drugs. All of these have involved significant amounts of meth which is an extremely dangerous substance and it's over coming West Virginia, and taking it by storm," Prosecuting Attorney George Sitler told WVVA in February. "This is apparently apart of 'Dirty Money Gang's scheme to take over drug dealing in this particular area of southern West Virginia."

The four will have the opportunity to enter a plea to these charges.
