Wyoming County pumpkin patch offers families fall fun

BARKER'S RIDGE, W.Va. (WVVA) Fall is in full swing and there's a pumpkin patch in Wyoming County offering families plenty of October fun.

This is the second year for the MJM Farms Pumpkin Patch in Wyoming County, located just a few short miles past Mullens on Barker's Ridge.

The farm features a zip line, hay tunnels, apple chuckers, hay rides, pumpkin picking, concessions, and plenty of photo opportunities.

"We've had an overwhelming response. We feel so blessed that people can come and enjoy something and don't have to drive 45 minutes to an hour away," said owner Audra Massie.

The pumpkin patch is open every Saturday up to Halloween starting at 11 a.m. for $5 per person.

For the older kids, the farm will be hosting a haunted hayride and walking trail on Saturday, October 24th at 7 p.m., Friday, October 30th at 7 p.m., and Saturday, October 31st at 9 p.m.

The cost to attend the haunted hayride and walk is $10 per person.
