High pressure sliding in will remain in control of our weather pattern tonight and tomorrow. Lows tonight will fall into the 20s under mostly clear skies. We'll be a bit breezy overnight as well with wind gusts occasionally over 20 MPH. With that being said, wind chills will drop into the teens for some late tonight-early Wednesday. Stay warm!
Tomorrow afternoon, we should see abundant sunshine and slightly warmer temps, climbing into the 40s for most. It will be windy still on occasion, so have the good coat with you! Aside from a few passing clouds Wednesday night-early Thursday, we look to stay mainly dry and even a bit warmer into late week.
A strong cold front will then arrive Friday, bringing the chance of rain early, possibly changing to snow Friday night. Behind this system, cold northwesterly winds could bring additional upslope snow into Saturday. Make sure to tune in tonight to WVVA News at 5,6,10 (CW) and 11 PM for the latest full forecast!
