Fayette County man faces multiple felony charges
FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WVVA) - A Fayette County man has been sentenced to four to 35 years in prison.
The Fayette County Prosecuting Attorneys Office says Justin Conner was charged with the following crimes: strangulation, third degree sexual assault, felony intimidation of a witness, burglary, domestic battery, domestic assault, and violation of a domestic violence order.
He will serve each count consecutively and was also fined $5,400.
These crimes spanned from 2019 to 2021.
Upon his release from jail he will serve a period of supervised release for 20 years.
The Fayette County Sheriff's Office spearheaded the investigation of these crimes along with the West Virginia State Police.
