WVVA is proud to bring back the patriotic ‘What the Flag Means to Me’ essay contest.

To enter, describe to us in 100 words or less what the American Flag means to you. Then email your entry to oldglory@wvva.com.

Every weekday from Memorial Day through the Fourth of July, one essay will be selected and a portion of it read on WVVA News at six. The winner will then receive an American Flag that has flown atop the United States Capitol in Washington DC. Good Luck!
