Veteran honored for work a local war museum

BLUEFIELD, WV (WVVA) Members of the American Legion Riley-Vest Post 9 gathered in Bluefield to recognize a veteran for his work at local war museum

Toney E. Whitlow, of Kellysville, WV was presented with the 2018 Distinguished Citizen of the Year Award.

Whitlow is a volunteer at the “Those Who Served War Museum in Princeton where he also serves as President of the Board.
