BECKLEY, W.Va. (WVVA) An employee for Raleigh County Emergency Services has been placed on administrative leave.

According to 911 Dir. John Zilinski, Deputy Dir. Mark Wilson has been relieved of his work duties pending an investigation.

“We have started an investigation and Mr. Wilson has been placed on administrative leave.”
A Facebook post appearing on Wilson’s personal Facebook page Saturday featured a man standing up against a wall with several heads. The caption read “Be thankful Donald Trump is building a wall. Mine would look more like this.”
Zilinkski said the post does not reflect the views of his department and went on to say:

“Raleigh County Emergency Services Authority has a mission to protect the life and property of the residents of our county and its visitors.  We are an agency to promote peace and well-being for all people regardless of Race, Religion, Sex, Age, Handicap, Political or Religious beliefs or National Origin.”
