Infant diagnosed with rare eye cancer, Retinoblastoma

Friends and family of a Princeton couple have started a Facebook page called “Skylyn Strong,” to bring more awareness for their 10-month-old baby Skylyn.

The infant was diagnosed with retinoblastoma on February 19, 2019, a rare form of eye cancer found in children and in some cases adults.

Bridget Treolo and Sean Easley are Skylyn’s  parents and are both working full-time jobs.

Although the diagnosis is new, Treolo and Easley are commuting from Princeton to Cincinnati, OH, once a month so their daughter can complete surgery and chemotherapy.

Family and friends are starting a gift card tree and accepting donations of any kind for 2-3 people and/or gas cards.

Anyone interested in sending gift cards or donations can mail them to:

Skylyn’s Fund
P.O. Box 1517
Bluefield, WV 24701

You may also PayPal for cash or gift card purchases by sending an email to Krystal Cundiff at krystalcundiff@yahoo.com.
