BECKLEY, W.Va. (WVVA) It’s back to the drawing board for a man accused in dozens of home and car break-ins over the last two years.

Joseph Buckland was scheduled to have a Pre-Trial hearing in Raleigh County Circuit Court on Monday, but after his attorney failed to show, he’ll have to start over with a new attorney.

Buckland is charged with breaking into four homes and ten cars in 2018. More recently, in May, Buckland was arrested for breaking into a home in Crab Orchard. There, he’s accused of stealing jewelry, clothes, toys, and even a wedding dress.

Buckland was assigned new representation on Monday and will have another hearing later this week.
