Fayette County (WVVA) – A traffic stop leads to three felony arrests in Fayette County.

Early Thursday morning, a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy was on routine patrol on Oyler Ave. in Oak Hill when he pulled over a Dodge Caravan occupied by Arnesha Higginbotham and Nichole Riser of Oak Hill, along with Bernard Echols of Chicago.

A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamines, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia. Also located in the vehicle were multiple loaded firearm magazines and a large amount of ammunition.

All three occupants were arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Narcotics and Conspiracy. Echols was also charged with Possession of a Firearm. They were transported to the Southern Regional Jail to await arraignment.

This incident remains under investigation by Deputy C.M. Tomlin of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department.
