Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

Going into Saturday’s game against West Liberty, Concord’s Madison May was just 22 points away from reaching 1,000 in her career.

Despite a valiant effort, May, and the Concord Lady Mountain Lions, fell short against the Hilltoppers.

May finished with 19 points, and the final score in the game was 84-69 in favor of West Liberty.

After that game was complete, the men took the floor.

The West Liberty men’s team is the 5th-ranked team in all of Division II college basketball, but the Mountain Lions fought to keep it a close game.

The Hilltoppers were able to take the men’s game, 110-106 the final.
