The Lady Blues are an impressive 16-3 on the year. But, they’ll face the only team from the state of Virginia to beat them in 2019 on Saturday.

Richlands and Lebanon will play a tiebreaker to determine the Southwest District regular season champion. Every battle with the Lady Pioneers is just that, a battle. However, the stakes for tomorrow’s matchup, will be even higher than normal.

“It’s a big game,” head coach Ronnie Davis said. “Anytime we play Lebanon it’s a big game. It’s more important this time because the winner gets to host the district tournament and the regional tournament. A lot of stuff rides on this and you want to play home. You want to be at home and play when it comes tournament time.”

First pitch from Emory & Henry will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
