High pressure moves into our area and that means we will see abundant sunshine for us today. Our temperatures will rebound back up into the lower 70s and upper 60s. Heading out the door you’ll want a jacket as temperatures starting off the day are in the upper/mid 30s. Winds will reside today and won’t be as gusty as what we experienced yesterday.
We will continue to have fair weather throughout the week with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies until Friday where our next weather system makes an appearance. Friday looks to bring heavy rain and a potential for thunderstorms to our area. Behind the weather system, lingering showers and cooler air will stay with us for Saturday and Sunday.
We look to rebound and warm back up next Monday.
