Rain develops tonight, sct’d showers/storms around on Thursday

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

Clouds will continue to build in tonight as an incoming cold front approaches. With more clouds and a southerly wind, we’ll be mild and muggy tonight with lows in the upper 50s/low 60s. A few showers will pop up here and there before sunset, but the better chance of rain will arrive after midnight. Sct’d showers then look likely to stay with us throughout the day tomorrow, especially through the early afternoon. While most of the area doesn’t look to receive severe weather, we could have a few stronger storms with gusty winds, at least some smaller hail, and locally heavy rain. We will stay windy at times through Thursday night., so secure any outdoor items/trash cans!

Tomorrow night, we will gradually dry out, and temps will fall into the upper 40s/low 50s to start Friday! Both Friday and Saturday look sunny, and highs will rebound from the upper 60s/low 70s Friday, back into the 70s and low 80s into the weekend. By Father’s Day, we could see a few more showers and storms. Stay tuned!
