A stretch of cooler and drier weather lies ahead

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

As a cold front continues to move out of the area, the rain will continue to move toward the coast as well. We should dry out and cool down nicely this evening, with a NW breeze keeping us company. Lows tonight will fall into the 50s under mostly clear skies, it will much less humid too, the perfect night to open up the windows and keep the A/C off! Some areas of fog may develop, especially in cooler valleys into Wednesday morning.

This cooler and drier air mass looks to stick around through most of this week. Highs tomorrow will be in the low-mid 70s under plenty of sunshine. For most day this week, highs will gradually climb, but stay below normal for most, in the 70s. Temps will remain cool for most nights this week too, in the 50s. By Saturday and Sunday, it will start to feel seasonable again, with temps climbing into the 80s by this weekend. The humidity will return through the weekend as well, but no widespread/significant rain aside from a isolated pop-up showers is expected. Stay tuned!
